I agree with you masini,open source should be used until a certain point. Teacher's role should not be substituted and this should be very clear.Absoloute right. poker calculator

I agree, pretty sure the learning curve for open source software is a lot steeper. But as a user you have so much freedom and you can use your creativity to really make what you want. This instead of being bound to the set possibilities of other software.

I definitely think schools are ready for open source.  Many schools are getting their students ready for the 21st century by introducing them to various forms of technology, so I would definitely think that open source would be a great product to use with our students.

I think some schools are. Schools that have problems in reading and lack computers anyway might be difficult initially but after a while I think it would be great. This is so very cool. I wish I had this in my school.

I think they are for sure. We live in a modern age and I am really excited to see that we are using technology to help our kids. This is really amazing.
