Hitachi Software Engineering America, Ltd., today introduced its new interactive plasma overlay PXDUO-65P, which transforms a normal plasma display into an interactive multi-touch screen, allowing users to control and navigate applications with their finger, electronic pen, or other object.

Featuring a large 65-inch viewing area, the interactive overlay creates a fast and accurate touch response, allowing two users to interact simultaneously. The plasma overlay can handle tough presentation environments, with all electronics contained in a replaceable component.
