Infobase Learning, a Veronis Suhler Stevenson portfolio company, announced today that it has acquired Learn360, an interactive media-on-demand service for the K-12 education market, from AIM Education, Inc.

A subscription-based provider of streaming media resources for the K-12 education market in the United States and Canada, the Learn360 platform contains more than 73,000 multimedia assets—including digital video titles, video clips, speeches, images, songs, research articles, and activities from over 60 top educational producers—and has a user base of more than 25,000 schools. All of Learn360’s video content is correlated to state, provincial, and Common Core standards.
