Edline and ePals, providers of online communications solutions for K-12 education, applaud the leadership of FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski on E-rate matters, particularly the recent decision to continue funding web hosting for schools and libraries.

Edline Chairman Jon Abrams commented, “This is an important FCC decision that will help schools gain access to the most efficient and cost-effective online communication tools available."

ePals President Ed Fish stated that the benefits of the recent FCC decision extend beyond financial support noting, “Improving communication between students, teachers and families through safe, web-based technologies is one of the most cost-effective ways to help schools improve educational outcomes.”
