Notability 4.0, arriving mid-October, will offer an integrated note-taker experience on the iPad.
Tools include: audio recordings, full-featured handwriting, word processing, PDF annotation, media support, a library for organizing, and auto-sync to Dropbox, iDisk, and webDAV (iCloud coming soon).
