A 17-year-old Indiana high school senior was suspended for his remaining three months in school for using foul language--but not at school. Austin Carroll sent a humorous, profanity-laced tweet from his home, using his school-issued computer, according to school officials. He will complete his education via alternative school and won't be permitted to attend the prom. Was the school's action justified? Read the full story
