Clipboard takes strategic investment from Scientia

Today, Clipboard announced that it is taking a strategic investment from Scientia, provider of timetabling and scheduling solutions for educational institutions. This new investment marks the beginning of a joint product development effort by Clipboard and Scientia that will focus on advancing the state of the art in online collaboration and extending it into the education market.
Launched publicly on May 31, 2012, Clipboard is a living archive online that allows users to clip, save and share text, images and virtually anything from the Internet while preserving the visual look, feel, and style of the original item including hyperlinks and videos. By default, all activity on Clipboard is private.
