Citrix announces beta for HDFaces GoToTraining for up to 1,000

Today Citrix released the beta of HDFaces GoToTraining, its online learning tool, for audiences of up to 1,000 attendees. The new features include:

  • GoToWebinar and GoToTraining with HDFaces are compatible with any webcam hardware.
  • Up to 6 presenters can lead interactive Q&A sessions, host panel discussions, and illustrate concepts with “hands-on” demonstrations.
  • Multistream HD technology, bandwidth optimization and secure 128-bit AES encryption provided
  • Citrix offers access to a number of informative online tutorials, including:

o         How to Use Video in Online Training

o         7 Best Practices for Using Video in Online Training

o         Online Training Made Easier with Video

Citrix also announced today the general availability of GoToWebcast in North America and Europe, providing educational institutions with a low-cost, self-service webcasting tool that reaches up to 5,000 attendees.
