Math teacher Robert Pronovost of Belle Haven Elementary in MenloPark, California, uses a carefully planned progression of computer games to differentiate instruction for his second graders. Students begin with paper and pencil, then advance to Planet Turtle, Dream Box and iPad Touch or MacBook.
