Some good summer reading is popping up on the Tech&Learning newsfeeds this week, which is a good antidote to all the E-Rate  and net neutrality  nitty gritty. Annie Murphy Paul examines some of the emerging research on body movement and learning in this story on Slate . The nut: “Even the most abstract mathematical or literary concepts, these researchers maintain, are understood in terms of the experience of our senses and of moving ourselves through space.” Forbes contributor Heather Clancy details a very cool project sponsored by Dell that involves solar-powered learning labs in Africa. And while no news is broken, the New Yorker’s treatment of the Atlanta cheating scandal by Rachel Aviv is very well done. Read anything good lately?
