Calypso announces School First Foundation

Calypso Systems, a developer of multimedia technology solutions for K-12 classrooms, has formed the Calypso School First Foundation (CSFF). The Foundation will help transform classroom learning for children and hopes to energize students and teachers to integrate technology into their classrooms. The Foundation’s first program, the Be Heard School Grant, will provide school-wide wireless sound-field reinforcement systems (up to 35 rooms per school) to three K-12 schools. The classroom kits include:

WCM-RF wireless microphone and base station
Calypso Systems 32-watt classroom amplifier
(2) 6.5” ceiling mounted speakers
Estimated Grant Value: $37,150
