All K-12 students in the U.S. are invited to design a Google logo inspired by the theme "What I wish for the World." Doodles will be judged on artistic merit, creativity and representation of the theme among other crieteria. The winning doodle will be announced at an event in New York City on May 20th and displayed on Google's homepage on the following day. After the competition is over, the top 40 winners' doodles will be displayed in a national exhibit at Cooper-Hewitt in NYC.

Deadline: Registration closes on March 17th and entries must be postmarked by March 31st.

Award: $15,000 college scholarship, a $25,000 technology grant for the winner's school, $10,000 for the school district with the greatest quality participation.
