It’s never too early to begin an education in economics.  This site from James Madison University Center for Economic Education lists links to twenty-five sites with lessons suitable for the elementary grade student.  The concepts include saving money, counting coins, mass production, competition, and advertising, among a host of other topics.  Many of the sites have interactive ideas, and several have print outs for a ready made lesson.  This site also has links for middle school and high school students.
