Google has introduced a new 411 service that is free and easy to use! Dial 1-800-GOOG-411 (1-800-466-4411). Google will connect you with any local business; in addition Google can send you a text message with information about that business. If you have internet access on your phone Google can also send you a map of the neighborhood around it.

Your telephone service provider may apply usual charges for making a phone call or receiving an SMS. You will not be charged any additional 411 fee.
