Califone International, Inc., has introduced an interactive whiteboard, model WB80, to its suite of 21st century classroom technology.

The WB80 can be mounted to virtually any surface with ease, regardless of electrical outlets or strength of the wall. It's equipped with sensor pieces that attach to any blank wall or whiteboard surface, creating a 48-inch by 64-inch interactive whiteboard space. Once the sensors are in place, and the included software installed onto any PC using a Windows operating system, the whiteboard is ready for use, running solely on USB power.

The WD80 whiteboard surface runs by touch, or with a pointer device, allowing for classroom flexibility and frugality. The whiteboard also integrates with Califone’s line of audio-visual solutions for the classroom, including PA systems, media players and headphones, allowing for a fully immersive 21st century classroom experience.
