Funds For Learning announces that John Harrington, CEO, will be presenting at the 2011 International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Conference on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. The presentation, Historical Day for E-rate: The National Broadband Plan, will include best practices for E-rate stakeholders as they work with the E-rate program administrator during the time of regulatory change.

In his presentation, Harrington will step participants through the numerous changes implemented through the Federal Communications Commission’s Sixth Report and Order, highlighting its implications for the E-rate program.
