“I’ve seen our online professional development resource as a key component of just-in-time training. The ability for people to search, find, watch, and review matches the larger culture of finding the content online that you need now. As we have developed our knowledge base, we use this as a means to augment institution-specific articles with the application and task-specific tutorials in the system.
 
“In the near term, everything is becoming mobile and that will continue to impact education in ways we haven’t yet imagined. I see our resource fitting in well, being able to provide content where you are when you need it—possibly a mobile app.”
