Who Goes There? and Jumping to Conclusions

 These two activities provide instructions for making confusing messages using the top half of letters and asking a friend to read the message. You only see part of each letter of a word, but your brain looks for a pattern and fills in the missing pieces. Because your brain tries to make sense of the word, it completes the letters to produce familiar words.
