Picked up a number of interesting bits last week at The iNACOL Blended and Online Learning Symposium. The DOE Office of Edtech offered a sneak peak of their Edtech Rapid Cycle Evaluation (RCE) Coach, a free, online, openly-licensed platform that helps districts and schools evaluate potential edtech products. For state policy makers, iNACOL released a report, which should help manage new responsibilities under the new Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). And EdWeek’s Sean Cavanaugh summarizesanother theme found in the session rooms—the persistence of teacher anxiety and the use of edtech.
