School Site of the Month

By Susan Brooks-Young

One visit to the site for Robert Clow Elementary School in Naperville, Ill., demonstrates that student support is a top priority. While the simply designed home page includes a link to up-to-date information about the school, the majority of links relate directly to instruction: curriculum overviews, information for parents, and Internet resources for each grade level. Check out the Spotlight on Student Work and the Virtual School Tour created by third-graders.

Susan Brooks-Young is an educational consultant and writer.
