At SchoolTech Expo New York, Sara Fitzgerald presented the TCO Perspective on Staffing and Support. Figuring out how to support a network once it is built is one of the biggest challenges school districts now face. This discussion explored the pros and cons of new models such as outsourcing and addressed factors that increase the support needs of a district. Attendees received this list of resources about TCO.
