Atomic Learning users can now find a collection of existing training specifically related to effective online teaching and learning in one location through a new series of spotlights on technology professional development topics.

Through the effective online teaching and learning Spotlight, educators will identify emerging practices for delivering effective online instruction, reflect on how they can include those practices in their teaching, and know where to locate technology how-to support materials. Atomic Learning’s new Effective Online Discussions workshop is one of the featured tools in this Spotlight, along with classroom projects on internet safety and cyberbullying. How-to reference tools showcased include Blackboard, Moodle, Google Docs and Desire2Learn, along with a collection of Assistive Technology tutorials.
