Netchemia LLC, a provider of data-driven, cloud-based software solutions for K-12 school districts, introduces TalentEd Perform™, a performance management system for K-12 schools and school systems.

TalentEd Perform offers a wide variety of customizable features that make the evaluation process easier and more accurate for teachers, staff, and administrators. For all district personnel, online evaluation forms allow employees to complete their own walkthroughs, observations, and other forms online. Automatic reminders notify them when completed forms are due, and completed evaluations are automatically forwarded to appropriate supervisors for review.
