Agree'nSign is a new web site that allows you send and electronically sign legally binding contracts online, without pen, paper or fax. Instead, your computer mouse is used to create a valid electronic signature, much as you would in signing a traditional paper document.. As a means of decreasing paper use, online electronic signatures were deemed legal in 2000 through the E-Signature Act.
