Pearson has unveiled Cogmed 3.0, a new version of the intervention for improving attention, behavior and capacity for learning, customized for use in schools. Cogmed targets working memory capacity to improve cognitive functions that contribute to learning and attention problems.

Enhanced for use on Apple’s iPad and Android tablets, the new Cogmed 3.0 allows teachers to configure the training time to fit student schedules. Cogmed 3.0 provides educators with automatic notification of key training events and the ability to monitor improvement in students' working memory capacity throughout training.

Pearson is offering a free 60-day trial for up to 10 students. The free trial includes Cogmed's self-guided professional training. For more information about Cogmed and to sign up for the free trial, visit
