Today's Newsletter: Big EdTech Week Ahead

6/20/2013 12:00:00 AM
We’re settled here in San Antonio ready for the biggest week in edtech to commence! Things get started early for Tech&Learning as we host our semi-annual SchoolCIO Summit. We’re especially honored to have Richard Culatta, Acting Director of the Office of Education Technology for the Department of Education, start the day with a look at national initiatives focused on improving connectivity and access with the new E-rate initiative. Later that afternoon, William Hite, Chris Lehmann, Ron Chandler, and Karen Fuller will address organizational structure, top-down vs. grassroots leadership, collaborative approaches and other aspects of leadership for the future. My brain is full already! Then it will be off to ISTE  starting Sunday. Be sure to follow us on all the usual social media travel for real time updates.
