Great programs! Personally, I have enjoyed using Windows Movie Maker. I know some people I have talked to complain that it bogs down from time to time. I am not sure if this ranks up there with some of the better video programs or not. I have grown quite comfortable with it. When it comes to "producing" videos or slideshows what have you found to be practical applications for using this in the classroom? I am a second grade teacher and would love ideas for incorporating this in my teaching.

We've used Photo Story 3 (free from Microsoft for Windows users) to create video projects with photos. It is a very easy program to use and has lots of great features. Read about it at: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/photostory/default.mspx
