Grants for CIPA-compliant content filters to be awarded to school districts

ContentKeeper will be offering a donation program for up to 10 deserving districts that might not have the budget and resources to purchase CIPA-compliant content filtering to meet next-gen security requirements.
ContentKeeper will donate 1,000 licenses of CK Web Filter Pro for one year. A VMware image of Web Filter Pro will be provided. Districts will need to provide a server for the virtual server deployment.
Application submission will open February 1, 2013. The deadline for submitting the application is 5 pm Pacific Time on April 30, 2013.
Award selection will be made based on three key factors:
1. Level of innovation in the proposed use of CK Web Filter Pro
2. Financial need within the district that is currently prohibiting purchase or license of CIPA-compliant content filtering
3. Demographics of the students served within the district
