2006 Funding Handbook

This first annual Funding Handbook addresses what has remained the most important challenge in education technology since the days when computers were "microcomputers" and teachers wrote their own code: finding funding. In 1980, the third edition of the publication now known as Technology & Learning featured a comprehensive guide to grant funding; some things never change.

But we're facing fresh challenges daily. At press time, industry leaders were responding with alarm to a Federal House Subcommittee vote proposing the elimination of the Enhancing Education through Technology program.
