Respecting Copyright

Many students say they are not familiar with the rules that govern the downloading of content from the Internet, while others succumb to peer pressure or a sense that content owners and star performers don't need the money.

What do you believe stops kids from illegal downloading of copyrighted works, such as music, software, games, movies, etc.?

I turely believe that students learn from their parent about right and wrong. Today parents think nothing of renting and copying DVD's and students see this they see nothing wrong. Teachers can instruct about downloading being illegal and against copyright but if it not enforce and not done at home it is an uphill battle. We are also upagainst sellers of bootleg materials.
