Creative Commons

Helping students determine how they want their own creative works treated when they are posted on the Web—free for anyone to use, free use with attribution, all rights retained—is a powerful way of making the concept of copyright real. Creative Commons licensing allows content creators to protect their works while encouraging certain defined uses.
