ARTSEDGE: The Kennedy Center’s Arts Education Network

9/18/2012 12:00:00 AM
One of the finest sites of its kind on the Internet, ArtsEdge is dedicated to supporting arts education through such initiatives as curriculum development, cross-curricular teaching, and technology integration. Find arts-related materials for use in and out of the classroom, along with guidelines for employing them. Each lesson includes an overview, preparation for the lesson, often with printable sources, method of instruction, and connection to standards. You can search for lessons by keyword, grade, arts subject, or other curricular subject. The “How To’s” topic is divided into “Take Five,” five ways to connect the arts to 21st Century Skills, Tipsheets, and video series.
