DecisionEd announced today that it has entered into an agreement with San Jose Unified School District (SJUSD) to deliver performance management solutions for the school district. Under the agreement, DecisionEd will implement a data warehouse solution for data management, analytics and reports.
DecisionEd's solution is based on quantitative decision tools tailored to the unique needs of education. The data warehousing solution leverages the IBM Cognos® platform for delivery of dashboards and reports. By combining disparate databases, the solution helps K-12 school districts consolidate information critical to meeting their goals.
SJUSD is an award-winning, urban school district that serves a diverse group of 32,500 students in California's Silicon Valley. SJUSD has more than 3,000 staff members who serve students in 42 schools, including several charter schools.
