Houghton Mifflin Harcourt has announced Earobics 2014, the latest version of its hybrid reading intervention solution. Designed to support learners at different levels, Earobics utilizes research-based intervention and prevention methodology, ensuring that all students are reading with confidence by 3rd grade. Earobics provides explicit, systematic, and tailored instruction in phonological and phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, reading, comprehension, vocabulary acquisition and use, writing, speaking, and listening. The software adjusts its level of instruction to each student’s ability. Data management and reporting capabilities allow teachers to build assessment road maps and instructional frameworks based upon individual and classroom needs.
