EDpuzzle is a site that allows users to select a video and customize it by editing, cropping, recording audio, and adding questions to make an engaging presentation or lesson.

Ease of Use
EDpuzzle is browser based, so no software needs to be downloaded. It is very easy to find or upload videos and then edit them with a click of a button. There are also many helpful video tutorials to help integrate EDpuzzle into the classroom.

Creative Use of Technology
EDpuzzle is ideal for educators who are flipping their classrooms. They can also track, monitor, and grade student progress through their educational portal.

Suitability for Use in a School Environment
EDpuzzle lets users create their own video in a safe environment and is ideal for project based learning (PBL) as well as flipping a classroom. Also, it allows educators to create videos for guided learning and allows them to assess students by adding questions. Finally, it can be used by any educator to integrate into any curriculum or subject.

Top features:

  • Many styles of instruction can be utilized with EDpuzzle: guided learning, project-based learning, or differentiated instruction
  • Ease of use: makes it easy to flip a lesson or classroom
