7/5/2013 12:00:00 AM
Watch this video that uses the Judith Viorst book,  Alexander Who Used to Be Rich Last Sunday,  to introduce vocabulary you need to know when using a checkbook. The teacher in the video has a vocabulary list and definitions of the vocabulary words. She shows you how to match up the words with the definitions and explains very carefully what the words mean and gives examples of how the words are used. This site from Loyola University is filled with short videos that cover many math skills.
