Minerals Ed: Teacher Resources

8/7/2013 7:00:00 AM
If you teach earth science, this site has a treasure trove of resources for you to use. There is an interactive from BBC that reviews rocks and the rock cycle. The Society of Paleontologists and Mineralogists has a series of activities for grades K-12. If you haven’t checked out the US Geological site, there is a link to it on this site. Find lots of lesson plans compiled by the Geological Society of America, and guide books for geology field trips.
