Knovation Welcomes Ken Nelson as Vice President of Client Experience
Nelson will ensure top-quality customer satisfaction in newly created executive role

In this newly created role, Nelson is responsible for creating and driving a best-in-class client experience for all Knovation products and services.

In his new position, Nelson will establish the blueprint for end-to-end client experience across all touch points in the product lifecycle, including awareness, purchasing, installation, use, support and retention. Nelson will define, develop and oversee the implementation of a portfolio of initiatives designed to improve the user experience, as well as leverage data to identify key opportunities to build client loyalty.
Nelson has led international business development and sales strategies to open new markets and drive explosive growth. Prior to Knovation, Nelson oversaw sales and marketing for itsLearning, and managed global education strategy and expansion for PolyVision. As one of the first employees in Promethean’s U.S. headquarters, Nelson played an instrumental role in building nationwide sales efforts. Most recently, Nelson directed strategy for many K-12 and higher education companies with his transformative management firm 2N2, Inc.
