FundingFactory Participants Eligible to Win One of Four now!Boards™ by Setting and Reaching their Recycling Goals

ERIE, Pa. (Oct. 1, 2012) — FundingFactory, the largest recycling fundraiser, is partnering with Learning Resources®, a leading global manufacturer of educational products, to help schools earn the latest classroom technology. The companies also are teaming up to offer four now!Board™ Portable Interactive Whiteboard Technology giveaways in the 2012-2013 school year.

FundingFactory is a 100 percent free fundraising by recycling program for schools and nonprofit organizations. Participants exchange used inkjet and toner printer cartridges, cell phones, and small electronics for cash or points redeemable for new technology and other products through FundingFactory’s online Rewards Catalog. New this fall, participants are able to redeem points to purchase Learning Resources products, including now!Board™.

In addition to recycling to earn Learning Resources products, FundingFactory participants have four chances this school year to be entered to win devices. Participants who set an annual fundraising goal by Oct. 31 will automatically be entered to win a now!Board. A second entry for the same now!Board will be awarded to participants who achieve their fundraising goal of $500 or more by May 31, 2013. now!Board, which will be awarded by FundingFactory in June 2013, is an easy-to-use, portable whiteboard technology that works with any projector and computer on any flat surface.

To kick off the season, Learning Resources and FundingFactory also are giving away a now!Board on “Super Tuesdays” during FundingFactory’s annual “October Treats” promotion. Participants can log into their FundingFactory account every Tuesday during the month for a chance to win one of three now!Boards, or an Easi-Speak™ USB Recorder or Luna™ Interactive Projection Camera.
