Learning.com Launches SIS Integration, Partners With Clever

New Capability Syncs Customer Accounts for Instant, Up-to-Date Student Information

Portland, Ore. (June 11, 2013) – Learning.com, the celebrated source for connecting educators and students to the right digital curriculum, announces that schools can now sync rosters in their student information systems (SIS) with Learning.com. Learning.com has partnered with Clever to ensure that educators and administrators will always have accurate, updated information in the Learning.com platform.

Clever securely connects to a school’s SIS, pulls student enrollment rosters and demographic data, and automatically syncs that data with Learning.com. The FERPA-compliant integration process takes five minutes to set up, and Clever supports every major SIS.

“Given the high student mobility in many districts, it’s important that schools have a seamless, fluid method for keeping student information current,” said Learning.com CEO Keith Oelrich. “The simple sync made possible through Clever saves educators time, letting them focus more on core aspects of instruction and less on data maintenance.”

This partnership with Clever ensures that Learning.com schools and students have the best possible education experience. Learning.com will begin rolling out the new functionality during the summer, with integration complete by fall.

“Learning.com is deeply attuned to the teaching and learning process, and the company’s dedication to positive learning outcomes is evident,” said Clever CEO Tyler Bosmeny. “We value this partnership and view it as another opportunity to have a lasting and meaningful impact in classrooms.”
