Christina Chororos Joins Mentoring Minds as Educational Consultant


Brings Comprehensive K-12 Education Experience to National Publisher’s School Customers

ELIZABETH, N.J. – April 8, 2014Mentoring Minds, a national publisher of K-12 educational resources, announced today that Christina Chororos, a former educator and longtime sales executive, has joined the company as an Educational Consultant. Chororos will lead the company’s sales efforts in her home state of New Jersey as well as in Maryland and Connecticut.


“Christina has vast experience developing customer-centric solutions for the K-12 market, and is dedicated to the effective implementation of meaningful instruction and hands-on staff training,” said Jessica Goodman, the company’s director of sales. “She is driven to promote sound instructional strategies and practices that will develop solid foundational skills for educators, which will be a tremendous asset for schools in New Jersey and across the country.”


Chororos has an extensive sales background covering both the K-12 market as well as major corporations, including advertising account manager for Verizon Information Services, director of education for Sylvan Learning Center and senior account representative for Kendall Hunt Publishing Company. She began her career as a preschool teacher and site director for the Washington Metropolitan YMCA, and also served as advertising sales executive for Indeed, a leading online job site.

A New Jersey native, Chororos earned her bachelor’s degree from Lynchburg College in Virginia.
