School Town, an online learning community, and netTrekker, provider of digital K-12 educational content, recently launched a joint instructional solution to meet the challenges of 21st century learning. School Town's learning environment engages students, parents and teachers in personalized learning and is now fully integrated with netTrekker's database of over 300,000 educator-selected digital resources.

School Town integrates netTrekker at the assignment level so educators can link to netTrekker's valuable database of educator-selected digital resources for specific assignments. Students can log into School Town to access the assignment and netTrekker resources from anywhere.

The integrated solution was conceived with leadership from the New York Public Schools department of education as part of their grant for 21st Century classrooms. Several New York City model schools have adopted the integrated educational resources of School Town and netTrekker.
