The Evaluation Systems group of Pearson today launched the newly enhanced web site for the NES® (National Evaluation Series™) educator certification testing program. At NEStest.com, teacher licensure candidates and faculty members will find complete testing information, candidate preparation materials, and college and university faculty preparation resources for the computer-based testing program. Through the new “My Account” feature, candidates have a single online point of access for all of their testing information and services.

NES tests provide states with comprehensive exams aligned to professionally accepted national learning standards, covering areas such as essential academic skills, professional knowledge, reading instruction and commonly taught elementary, middle and secondary grade-level subjects.

Candidates Can Take Arizona Licensure Exams at 1,000 Secure Test Centers WorldwidePHOENIX – Jan. 8, 2013 – The Arizona Department of Education announced today that it is adding 25 NES® (National Evaluation Series™) tests to its teacher certification program. These tests join other Pearson-delivered licensure tests that are part of the Arizona Educator Proficiency Assessments (AEPA), to fulfill the testing requirements for Arizona teacher certification. NES tests are comprehensive, computer-based exams offered year-round, by appointment, at Pearson test centers throughout Arizona and at more than 1,000 secure test centers in the United States and around the world.
