Lightspeed Technologies (www.lightspeed-tek.com) has launched the Infrared Media Connector. This small wireless transmitter allows teachers to integrate multimedia sound into their teaching day and works with all Lightspeed infrared classroom audio systems, including the no-installation REDCAT. Teachers plug in their computer, iPod, or any other audio device and the signal is transmitted wirelessly to Lightspeed’s classroom audio system. The system then amplifies the sound and distributes it evenly throughout the classroom.
