BURNSVILLE, MN – (October 8, 2015) – MackinVIA was named today as one of Tech & Learning magazine’s prestigious education technology products. Honored software, hardware, network, app and web products include innovative applications that break new ground as well as those that added significant enhancements to proven education tools. Winners were chosen by a panel of more than 30 educators who tested hundreds of entries.
"Once again this year, the Tech & Learning judges examined hundreds of entries to select the winners of 2015’s Award of Excellence. This wasn't just checking off spec sheets and surfing other people's reviews. Each product was handled and scored individually. Not an easy task," says Kevin Hogan, Editorial Director for NewBay Media's Tech & Learning Group. “These companies can be proud that their products were selected as winners by this prestigious team of judges."
“We were thrilled to have MackinVIA recognized as a part of such an esteemed group. This further validates that the effort our company puts into making this a supreme product is being recognized in the industry, in our schools and around the world,” states Randal Heise, Co-owner of Mackin Educational Resources. This award is the second that MackinVIA has garnered this year.
Entries were divided into two categories: New Products and Best Upgraded Products. Winning selections include software, apps and Web-based products, as well as hardware and AV tools.
Detailed descriptions and judges' comments on all the winners will be included in the December 2015 Awards Issue of Tech & Learning.
