Cincinnati, OH (May 10, 2016) — PublicSchoolWORKSwas named an American Business Awards Bronze Stevie® Award winner in the New Product or Service of the Year - Education - K-12 Enterprise Solution category for the EmployeeSafe Suite. More than 3,400 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration. This is the second Stevie PublicSchoolWORKS has won in the American Business Awards. The Crisis Response Program won a Silver Stevie Award for New Product of the Year in the Software – Governance, Risk & Compliance Solution category in the 2014 American Business Awards. PublicSchoolWORKS has also won several Stevie Awards in the Sales & Customer Service Award program, including a Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year in the Public Services & Education category this past March.

In addition to a major increase in the number of users, as well as the number of individuals accessing its system at any given time, PublicSchoolWORKS had made several upgrades to EmployeeSafe in the past year. The company’s Research & Development team developed and introduced 40 new online staff training courses, bringing its course catalog total to more than 500 courses. Included in the 40 courses was a training curriculum consisting for four courses to help districts address and meet the USDA’s new Professional Standards for School Nutrition Professionals. EmployeeSafe was also recognized by several states for meeting state-specific training curriculum requirements.
