Lawrenceville, GA – July 13, 2016BOXLIGHT Corporation, the leading interactive classroom technology provider, announced that its family of P12 projectors has been named Best of Show by NewBay Media publications, Tech & Learning, at ISTE 2016. Boxlight P12 projectors were one of dozens of products evaluated at the International Society for Technology in Education’s (ISTE) annual conference, which took place June 26-29 in Denver, Colo. This marks the third consecutive year that Boxlight has been honored with the Best in Show Award.
Specializing in digital classroom technology solutions designed for every classroom budget, Boxlight has helped educators create blended learning plans for students of all grade levels. The cutting-edge projectors designed by Boxlight offer the most comprehensive selection of features in the market.
“Since our infancy, Boxlight has been continuously committed to providing its customers with the most innovative and advanced technology solutions,” said Mark Elliott, CEO of Boxlight Corporation. “Furthermore, we believe that educators should have the right mix of technology to meet budget demands as well as drive student engagement and collaboration in today’s digital classroom. Our interactive projectors do that. We offer a full range that provides not only the convenience and reliability of laser projection but easily supports budget friendly bulb options. We are honored to be awarded this prestigious distinction by Tech & Learning, cementing our position as the leading provider of proven classroom technology.”
For the third year, Tech & Learning presented its eminent awards program honoring great products at ISTE. Winners were selected by an anonymous panel of educator judges, who scoured the exhibit hall floor during what has become the largest education technology conference in North America. The judges rated their impressions on a sliding scale, evaluating areas such as quality and effectiveness, ease of use, and creative use of technology. They also solicited in-person demonstrations to decide which solutions will have the most impact in the classroom and are deserving of Best of Show distinction. The winners will be featured in the August issue of Tech & Learning.
The P12 line of projectors offers educators four easy ways to bring stunning visuals to classroom instruction. In addition to a standard projector, the line includes laser, laser HD, and laser ultra-wide projectors. A full list of all 12 P12 interactive touch projectors, as well as stylus-only and non-interactive models, is available at http://www.boxlight.com/P12-Series.
All P12 interactive projectors are full-featured hardware and software solutions that include the esy-to-use MimioStudio™ classroom software and three MimioMobile™ connections. When the projectors are used with the software and a full MimioMobile classroom license, teachers can perform collaboration and assessment activities at the front of the room or on almost any student device. Additionally, the projectors’ analog and digital audio/video connections ensure compatibility with virtually any PC, and users can employ them with Mac, Windows or Linux OS.
