Clifton NJ - 7/26/16 – ClassLink announced that it has been designated a Trendsetter with Traction by the Education Technology Industry Network (ETIN) of SIIA, Software Information Industry Association (SIIA). The company will be a featured presenter at the ETIN’s Education Industry Symposium in Denver, CO.

ClassLink continues to garner awards and accolades for its innovative approach in working with schools to better integrate digital learning; during the past year, the company and its leaders have been recognized by EdTech Digest, IMS Global Learning, and The Association of American Publishers. ETIN’s recognition of ClassLink underscores the company’s increasingly prominent role as a leader in education technology.

ClassLink delivers single sign-on to web resources, including many SIIA member companies, and to files, whether they are stored in the cloud, on a device, or on the school network. With more than 3,000 single sign-on connectors, ClassLink has brought together more resources than all other single sign-on platforms combined. ClassLink also delivers class rosters, easily and securely, to any publisher or learning platform.

Thanks to its visionary leadership and steadfast commitment to open technology standards, ClassLink is seeing rapid adoption across the U.S. and around the world. Not only are school districts leveraging OneClick single sign-on and ClassLink OneRoster to create faster, more secure access to digital education resources, partners from across the education community are joining with ClassLink to achieve seamless integration.

ClassLink CEO, Berj Akian, expressed his appreciation for the recognition, “We are humbled by the designation from ETIN and encouraged by the support we have received from the many school districts and companies we work with. The work that ETIN does to foster growth in education is critically important and we are grateful for the opportunity to participate in that work.”

“As K-12 organizations embrace increased collaboration, it’s important to support open technology standards and third-party integration capabilities,” said Karen Billings, Vice President and Managing Director of ETIN. “Berj and ClassLink are on the forefront of this trend as they seek to create a rising tide that lifts technology providers and schools. We are delighted to name ClassLink a Trendsetter to Watch because we feel strongly they are doing the right things for education.”

ClassLink charges no fees to partners, a major barrier with other single sign-on platforms, and is able make connections with incredible speed. This approach is unique to ClassLink among single sign-on platforms and is increasingly recognized as the right approach by education providers everywhere.
