We are one week away from Digital Learning Day next Thursday, February 23, and there are hundreds of events planned at K-12 schools across the country. Find a list of activities here and register your event here. Kevin Hogan will be interviewing Chief Program Officer of Summit Learning Lizzie Choi that day during a free webinar at 3pm Eastern Time. Choi will discuss the journey of developing Summit Learning, the free personalized learning platform. She’ll help define “personalized learning” and explain why each of its components (authentic projects, competency-based progression, and mentoring) are essential to empowering students to be self-directed learners. We’ll continue this conversation at all of our spring events, including our SchoolCIO Summit in March and our T&L Live conferences in Chicago (May 5) and Boston (May 12).
