The National Endowment for the Humanities offers residential Summer Seminars and Institutes for K-12 teachers in public and private schools. Librarians and school administrators may also be eligible. Participants receive a stipend based on the length of the seminar or institute. Deadline: March 1, 2006

The Ellison Exception Award, sponsored by Ellison Educational Equipment, recognizes one unique educational program that works for the betterment of students and/or the community and uses Ellison equipment.
